FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

  • Setup typically takes 1 to 3 hours, depending on the size of the space and the number of teepees.

    On average, our setup time is about 2 hours, and we always schedule setup at least 3 hours before the event start time to ensure everything is ready before the celebration begins.

  • Most breakdowns happen around 10:00 AM the next morning, but we always coordinate with you to find a time that works best for your schedule — whether that’s a bit earlier or later.

  • Not necessarily. We’ve done many setups where parents were out running errands or taking the kids out to create a surprise.

    As long as we have access to the home and know where the setup should take place, we’re good to go.

    Once the setup is complete, we’ll send photos and/or videos, and we’ll communicate our arrival time, when we’re finished, and any relevant details, so you’re always informed and at ease.

  • Not much at all. An average living room in a 2–3 bedroom home can typically accommodate 6–10 teepees, depending on furniture layout.

    Our standard package includes 6 kids, as we’ve found this to be the ideal number that fits comfortably in most homes. Larger spaces can accommodate more teepees.

  • You can book your sleepover by clicking “Book Your Event” or “Contact Us” anywhere on our website and submitting the form.

    You can also reach out to us directly via Instagram DM, and we’ll guide you through the booking process.

  • All items provided for the sleepover are part of our rental service and will be picked up during breakdown the next day - with exception of the balloons.

    This allows us to provide a fully custom, high-quality experience without you needing to store, clean, or manage any of the items afterward.
